How to Prepare:

Submerge in distilled/filtered, alkaline or bottled water to remove sand, salt and other impurities. (Avoid tap water due to it's chemical composition).

Using fresh distilled/filtered, alkaline or bottled water, soak the sea moss for 12-48 hours, ensuring it is completely sub-merged and covered.  

Rinse with fresh distilled/filtered, alkaline or bottled water.

Blend with a high-powered blender for 1-2 mins, adding 1 cup of fresh distilled/filtered, alkaline or bottled water to start, then more depending on the consistency of gel you require.

Store the gel in the refrigerator and use within 2-3 weeks for optimal freshness.
